Cholent is a traditional stewed dish prepared on Friday afternoon, and kept simmering all night for a warm and hearty Shabbat lunch (all while avoiding the the ‘work’ of cooking on Shabbat). Join student rabbi David’s favorite cholent chef Mordhai Mahfouda (student Rabbi David’s dad) for a lesson on how to prepare this tasty dish.
